Starting a Phoenix Center: We are ready to work with you step by step to establish a Phoenix Center customized for your region. Please see the requirements to qualify:
1. Have an established NGO (non-governmental organization)
2. Own at least 2 acres of land (a partnership with local land owner is encouraged)
3. Have a community of 250-1000+ to participate in Phoenix Center activities
4. Review and answer questions on Checklist to begin evaluation process.

Phoenix Center CommunitiesPhoenix Voyage International supports infrastructure set up and assists in overseeing projects. Proper Governance is key to success! We offer a Community Operations Manual which is a general structure and cooperative model for each Center to operate with. A voting system will be in place for all community members to share a voice in decision-making. The Community Sustainability Assessment checklist is offered to get a basic understanding how sustainable their neighborhood is and chart the success along the way.
